Lisa M. Barnes is the innovative founder of Rare Art Appraisals, a successful and highly respected international appraisal consultancy. Over the past 28 years, she has appraised both personal property and fine art for private and public collections as well as government institutions. She has extensive experience in expert witness testimony and mediation, and has planned, appraised, and curated art collections for a wide range of collectors. She has in-depth education and training in all facets of art history, appraisals, conservation, and installation.
