Event Details

Journey to the End of the Earth: Ushuaia, Argentina. Bundle up and take a trip to the southernmost city in the world with a travel journalist/photographer. Along the way, we’ll travel through the Patagonia region of Chile and see spectacular fjords, glaciers, and waterfalls. We’ll cruise past the famous Cape Horn at the southern tip of South America before stopping in the remote Falkland Islands, home to several species of penguins. See why Ushuaia is much more than just a starting point for cruises to Antarctica.

Dan Fellner is a travel journalist and photographer based in Scottsdale. He is a faculty associate at Arizona State University and an eight-time Fulbright Fellow who has taught journalism and communications at overseas universities in Europe and Asia. As a travel writer, he has visited over 120 countries and published more than 150 travel articles in such publications as the Jerusalem Post, USA Today, Hadassah Magazine and the Arizona Republic. He especially enjoys writing about unique Jewish communities in far-flung places.
