Michael Frickstad has published three books: The Storyteller, The Dream Rescuer (horror finalist for International Book Award, American Fiction Award, and Best Book), and the Amazon best-seller Finding PHIL: Four Traits for Conquering Chaos. A veteran high school English teacher and drama director, he also received a double-diamond award from the National Speech and Debate Association for his accomplishments as speech/debate coach in Minnesota and Michigan.
Local authors discuss their inspiration for the art of writing and share their latest titles at Desert Foothills Library. Each author brings their own style to this series from lecture, to song, to book readings that will surely pique the curiosity. Join us for one or all eight – the choice is yours to engage with area authors in DFL’s AZ Author Series 2022. Books by each author may be available at the event for purchase or bring along your own copy for an autograph.
