Building Brain-Healthy Habits, an education program presented by the Alzheimer’s Association® provides research-backed guidance on brain health and the importance of taking action to protect your brain at every age.  

The program details the 10 Healthy Habits for Your Brain and highlights the latest research — including recommendations from the U.S. POINTER study. 

Jolene DiBrango is a retired teacher and education leader who has volunteered with  the Alzheimer’s Association® since 2022. She lost her father-in-law to dementia in 2024 and is dedicated to raising awareness and funds to end Alzheimer's and all other dementia through her volunteer work as a community educator, legislative advocate and fundraiser.
