Event Details

Join Karl Schwirian, Executive Chef at the Spirit in the Desert Retreat Center in Carefree, for this delicious culinary class and lunch. Karl will demonstrate how to make: 

New Mexican Green Chile Stew with Pork and Posole  

Roasted Camote Salad with Pippian Pesto 

Cornbread with a Twist 

Lunch will follow the demonstration and there will be leftovers to take home with you!
