You will learn the science behind gluten-free ingredients and the specific techniques needed to achieve the perfect texture and flavor for both fresh pasta and artisan-style bread.
All of the dishes are gluten-free, but you don't need to follow a gluten-free lifestyle to participate. The recipes are about great taste, nourishing ingredients, and new options anyone can love. Copies of the recipes from each class with be shared with participants.
