Event Details
Join international award-winning author Clarissa Burt as she brings us recipes from the Italian motherhood via her cookbook, Italian Gluten-Free Gastronomy, to life. Each class blends demonstration, hands-on participation, tastings, and tips for recreating authentic Italian dishes at home.
All of the dishes are gluten-free, but you don't need to follow a gluten-free lifestyle to participate. The recipes are about great taste, nourishing ingredients, and new options anyone can love. Copies of the recipes from each class with be shared with participants.
October 9 - Session 1: Antipasti
October 16 - Session 2: Pasta & Risotto
October 23 - Session 3: Soups
November 6 - Session 4: Main Courses
November 13 - Session 5: Side Dishes
November 20 - Session 6: Desserts
