Event Details

This class is designed to help participants understand core nutrition principles and apply them to everyday meals. Learners will explore how to shop, prep, plan and cook by choosing ingredients that support energy, wellness and long-term health.

Through simple recipes and meal planning strategies, participants will discover how to batch cook and meal prep to make eating healthier, easier and more convenient.
