Denise Inmon Young is a mother to three children with an additional three stepchildren in their large, blended family. She is a self taught home cook who had to relearn everything she was taught about how to cook when her oldest daughter was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes and celiac disease. The diagnosis came at the same time she and her husband were blending families, presenting many challenges to feed and nourish them all. Denise's approach is anchored in delicious food that feels gourmet yet easy to make! Her first cookbook, A Place for Everyone, was published in 2021 and has been hugely successful, generating a strong following. After spending 20 years living in Arizona, she now resides in Minnesota but often visits her parents in Scottsdale.
