HonorHealth is a valued community partner and resource. With six hospitals, three of which are Arizona designated and American College of Surgeons verified Level 1 trauma centers, HonorHealth also has a new state of the art first of its kind combination satellite emergency room/urgent care as well as over 65 medical and specialty treatment groups. The number one cause of Level 1 traumas that come to the trauma centers is fall injuries resulting in a myriad of serious injuries and death. This Falls Prevention Awareness program is one class that introduces and discusses the causes of falls, the results of falls and methods of the prevention of falls.
