Come learn how to make Tamales and Chile Rellenos with Chef Karl!

Green Corn, Chile Chicken, Sweet Tamales and Masa making Tips

We will have plenty of glorious ingredients, so that everyone can make a dozen tamales to take home!

This is a hands on Tamale making with a Chile Relleno Demonstration and Lunch.  Bring your appetite!
