The change of seasons is a perfect time to learn how Ayurveda, the sister science to yoga and the art of self-care, improves everything from workouts to sleep, digestion, mental clarity, emotional balance, and creativity.

In fall nature has an innate rhythm of letting go and turning inward. Trees shed their leaves. Crops are harvested. The sun clocks in shorter workdays. Bears and bats hibernate. In fall, nature slows down. It's a season of respite and rejuvenation. Rest is a natural phase in nature, and a necessary element in one's fitness routine. Fall is the perfect season to embark on an Ayurvedic self-care adventure of a little reflection and rest.

When we align with the slower pace during fall, we create long-term benefits and optimal potential in our health, well-being, career, and personal relationships. This fall, integrate some easy, effective, and enjoyable tips into your daily routine. You'll discover how a little R&R will actually rev up your workouts and expand your inner bliss.

Kellen Brugman helps people reach wellness, career, and creative goals with more clarity, ease, and success. She is a Certified Holistic Wellness Coach, Ayurveda Lifestyle Counselor, and yoga teacher. Contact and questions to www.kellenbrugman.com
