Here in the desert, the arrival of winter provides a welcome and much-needed respite from the summer heat. However, it also marks the advent of cold and flu season -- a time when maintaining a healthy immune system becomes a top priority.
In the Winter Herbal Wellness Workshop, you will explore a variety of natural ways to support a healthy immune system. You'll also learn how to harness the healing properties of common, easily accessible herbs and desert plants to support immune system health and overall wellness. Takeaways include a variety of simple recipes you can try at home, plus a 4 oz. "healthy immunity" herbal elixir.
