Tai Chi – Qigong for Everyone!
Tai Chi & Qigong is a self-care practice. It is a choice of a healthy lifestyle and living well. It improves balance, flexibility, brain plasticity, inner peace and overall wellness. This class is offered every Tuesday from September 2023 – March 2024 and every Tuesday and Thursday from May 2024 – July 2024 . Bina Bou is a senior trainer at IIQTC. She has been sharing the ancient practice for over a decade in our community. She believes no matter where you are on your healing journey Tai Chi practice can help improve your quality of life.
