Homeschool Library Time

Come to listen and learn at the library with our Youth & Teen Librarian! Each 30-minute session is geared toward a specific age group with a story, activity and opportunity to learn more about how to use the library. Choose the time slot that corresponds with your child’s grade level.

1:00-1:30 PM – K & 1st Grade

1:30-2:00 PM- 2nd & 3rd Grade

2:00- 2:30 PM – 4th & 5th Grade

Looking for an opportunity for your emerging or early readers to practice their skills? Please come visit Logan, DFL’s resident certified therapy dog, who loves being read to. Reading aloud builds independence and confidence. Bring a book from home or, better yet, borrow one from the library!
