Tai Chi – Qigong for Everyone!
Tai Chi & Qigong is a self-care practice. It is a choice of a healthy lifestyle and living well. It improves balance, flexibility, brain plasticity, inner peace and overall wellness. This class is offered every Tuesday from September 2022 – March 2023 (plus Thursday, October 6th & 13th) and every Tuesday and Thursday from April 2023 – July 2023 . Bina Bou is a senior trainer at IIQTC. She has been sharing the ancient practice for over a decade in our community. Informal MahJongg: Unsupervised Play
Informal MahJongg play for any level! Groups, individuals, and recent students of MahJongg 101 & 102 looking for a place to come and enjoy playing with people in your community. This group is unsupervised; basic knowledge of game play required. No sets are provided, must bring your own.

DrumCircle – Healing Rhythms
Join us for a fun and interactive drum circle led by trained HealthRhythms facilitator, Frank Thompson. Drum circles are a form of recreational music-making proven to reduce stress, boost the immune system, promote joy, and a sense of well-being and to build community. All drums and percussion instruments provided. No musical experience required! If you have a heartbeat, you can drum. Open to all adults, all ages.
