New to the Desert Foothills Library!  Enjoy your love of books and cuisine with others at this new monthly Book Club.

This Month: Mardi Gras

Cookbook: Any 'New Orleans' cookbook of your choosing.

Literature: We will be discussing hot topics regarding chefs, restaurants, history, etc.

Be prepared to for the discussion.  The recipe from the cookbook(s) for you to prepare and bring is of your own choosing.  Please bring one copy of your recipe along with any utensils needed to serve your dish.  Paper products will be provided.  Bring you own beverage is suggested.
