This Month: Salads

Cookbook: "Edible" on-line magazine. Bring a salad from this magazine from any area of the country.

Literature: "The Farmers Wife. My Life in Days" by Helen Rebanks

Be prepared to discuss the Fiction and/or Memoir.  The recipe from the cookbook(s) for you to prepare and bring is of your own choosing.  Please bring one copy of your recipe along with any utensils needed to serve your dish.  Paper products will be provided.  Bring you own beverage is suggested.
