After an incredible response and interest for this course, we're pleased to be able to offer it again!! If you weren't able to sign up for the 1st round, here's your chance!

In partnership with Honor Health and instructors from AT Still University, Matter of Balance offers participants a way to gain confidence and strength through instructor guided gentle exercises for a more balanced and stronger life. A FREE, 8-week, 2-hour, evidence-based curriculum for anyone who has a concern about falling. Join us and learn how to increase your strength and gain confidence in balance.

The 1st two classes are an introduction to the program and going over your thoughts and concerns about falling. The remaining six classes will be a hybrid of information and hands on learning and exercises covering: exercise and fall prevention, assertiveness and fall prevention, managing concerns about falling, recognizing fall-ty habits, fall hazards at home and in the community, and practicing no fall-ty habits.

Bring your water, a snack, and comfy shoes and get ready for Matter of Balance!

Registration is for all 8 sessions, and weekly attendance is expected.
