Event Details

Loneliness and isolation have been especially hard-hitting among older adults. Join Pai for a fun and interactive discussion to see if you can improve your life or the lives of others.

Learn about the differences between loneliness and social isolation, their affects on a person's mental and physical health, the early signs of loneliness, and why we may feel lonely.
