Hosted by the YMCA, from culinary tips to falling safely practices, join us for a series of workshops especially designed to provide practical ideas for your health and wellness. If you miss the first offering, try out our second; or come back again!

Increased Mobility/Chair Stretching- January 31: 10:00-11:00am | March 29: 9:30-10:30am 

Improve your mobility with chair stretching.  Benefits include improving your ability to do daily activities.  Help your joints move through their full range of motion.  Decrease your risk of injuries and improve your flexibility.  

Jenn’s goal is to help everyone pave a new pathway to living a healthier lifestyle.  As well as teaching clients how to incorporate all aspects of healthy living which include weight training, cardiovascular endurance, balance, flexibility, and mobility into their lives.  Join us for Increased Mobility/Chair Stretching to learn how to incorporate this program into your current daily activities to help improve your daily well-being.
