Hosted by the YMCA, from culinary tips to falling safely practices, join us for a series of workshops especially designed to provide practical ideas for your health and wellness. If you miss the first offering, try out our second; or come back again!

HonorHealth is a valued community partner and resource. HonorHealth has six hospitals, three of which are Arizona designated and American College of Surgeons verified Level 1 Trauma Centers, as well as a new state-of-the-art, first of its kind, combination satellite emergency room/urgent care, and over 65 medical and specialty treatment groups! 

The number one cause of Level 1 traumas that come through HonorHealth are due to falls, resulting in a myriad of serious injuries and even death. This Fall Prevention Awareness: Falling Safely program introduces and discusses the causes of falls, the results of these falls, and methods of prevention and best practices. Please join us for this informative safety class- for your health!
