A joint presentation by the YMCA, Foothills Food Bank, Neighbors in Need, and Desert Foothills Library. From culinary tips to falling safely practices, join us for a series of workshops especially designed to provide practical ideas for your health and wellness. If you miss the first offering, try out our second; or come back again!
